Currently, I am working with Sky Digital Design team on product design and research for experience optimization. In addition to this role, I have previously worked on planning and execution for Foolproof's research on Indian rural education. Being a part of the Foolproof team also gave me opportunity to work with multiple teams at NatWest, HubOfHope, and GenIM.

At Auriga, I led the product design for Tata Nexarc Earlypay's MVP, a groundbreaking supply chain financing platform that has been a market leader since and generated business worth $1.2 billion to date. I also got a chance to lead the product design for multiple enterprise tools at Yes Bank, faceEsign's SaaS product, and multiple product experiences for businesses like Mindhouse, SaveIn, Chemer, Caterhero, and Amnic.

I collaborated with various startups on web and mobile product designs, leading to several key project engagements. At Robbie AI, I led the product design of their proprietary customer satisfaction and performance dashboards for EU and US-based business clients. For 5nance FITSIP, I was responsible for leading the mobile product design of an investment marketplace at Adapty. Additionally, I provided support for website rebuilding and the redefinition of digital office operations at Novel Engineering, transforming their online presence and internal processes.

Our team conducted design and research focused on addressing the networking infrastructure, addressing, and communication challenges in emerging markets. I also designed and experimented with proprietary Bluetooth networking capabilities for enhanced messaging and crisis response systems. Additionally, I conducted product experiments involving last-mile delivery and public transport infrastructure, leveraging our team's innovative mapping and bluetooth networking technologies to improve efficiency and accessibility.

I contributed to the Devanagari Typography Project at the Visual Design Department by conducting research and documentation on traditional Indian hand-painted signage systems, aiming to preserve and enhance the cultural richness of devanagari script through detailed studies.

As my first encounter with the field of Usability Engineering, I designed and documented various use cases and scenarios for the usability analysis and testing of banking products at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on enhancing the user-friendly aspects of these financial tools.
